Summary: The hotel and staff were great amd very accomidating. The 40 families with kids from Iowa soccer not so much. Very bad parenting and noisy late i to the night. Front desk tried and were very apologetic. Playing soccer in hallways and wrestling after 10 at night was craziness.

Summary: We had to change rooms twice cause the first room had a strong pee odor on one of the beds and in the second room the AC unit wasn't working. The third room we were in still had all the food that the previous occupants left in the fridge plus the only trash bin was in the bathroom when the two previous rooms had wo trash bin, one in the bathroom and one under neath the desk, but we decided to stay in that room cause there was no pee smell and the AC unit worked. The receptionist was nice and apologized for any inconvenience.
